Message from the Director

Thank you very much for visiting the website of NINOMIYA
Immigration Consulting Office.

My name is Hidetaka Ninomiya, and I serve as the director of this office.

Our office handles a wide range of services, including business permits and licenses, inheritance procedures, and contract drafting.

Among these, our particular focus is on residence status applications. We currently hold advisory contracts with a number of companies, supporting their acceptance of foreign workers, including those under the Specified Skilled Worker status.

At the same time, we welcome individual clients as well, and are committed to supporting each person’s own residence status application with the same care and dedication.

I myself have work experience in Canada, where I personally experienced the difficulties and complexity of living and working in a foreign country. This experience is the origin of my commitment, as an administrative scrivener, to residence status applications.

We take the time to carefully understand each client’s individual circumstances, and aim to provide prompt and accurate procedures so that clients can rely on us with peace of mind.

Communication does not have to be in Japanese — we also accept inquiries in English.
